The agreement with Discover Energy Systems adds a key component to our Custom Motor Controller Systems (CMCS) from a proven industry leader. With the addition of the Lithium Batteries (BMS Included) system, the operational performance of your vehicle will outperform your competitors in various applications. The combination of leading-edge technology and seamless integration ensures smooth operation.  

What does this mean for you: 

  • New Projects for Custom Motor Controller Systems (CMCS) 24 to 48 volts. 
  • You can expect “Longer Run Time” because a properly tuned AC Motor Controller and AC Motor will run cooler, longer, and be more efficient. 
  • You can also expect “Less Battery Damage” because the condition and status of the battery will be continually communicated to the Motor Controller. This information will be instantaneously used to adjust the system’s performance, provide safety information to the display to alert the driver. This information can be used in an AGV application to alter/guide while minimizing the damage to the battery. 
  • Lithium Battery Upgrades (24-48 volts) that have Curtis Motor Controllers Installed 
  • Once we have access to the VCL (Vehicle Control Language) that was initially developed we can easily update the code so that you can immediately utilize the benefits of the Discover Energy System. 
  • While taking advantage of the FlenTek Engineering Services, we can properly tune the complete system so that it will run cooler, longer, and be more efficient.
